How did your passion for traveling begin?
I grew up on a ranch about the Central Coast of California, and attended School at UC Santa Barbara, where I fell in love.
Surfing guided me and it had been that I decided to start documenting my experiences , and realized how much I love to travel.
Exactly how many days/weeks are you traveling in any given year? What are the sorts of places do you like to visit?
I’m pregnant right now so I will not be traveling this year, 5 month, but normally I travel approximately two weeks out of each month, so about half the year. Because I’m also an avid surfer and a bikini designer, beach destinations are my very own favorite. St Barths is loved by me! I’m licensed ski and ski instructor also, so snow destinations are a favorite of mine. I fell in love with all all the French Alps and have done a trip to Courchevel 1850 final year!
What’s it that you want viewers to achieve / learn from your articles?
I strive to supply helpful insider hints in all of my travel stories to my readers. For example I read a good deal of posts that stated there isn’t much to do in Positano but when I visited I’ve found that the opposite was true so I wrote this post 22 Things To Do In Positano to present my readers some insight on all of the things there are to do in this gorgeous little city on the Amalfi Coast.
Name your top three destinations you’ve traveled?
Thailand, Ireland, St Barths

Waterville, Ireland’s small city is just one of my favourite towns on earth! While there you have to 1) Visit Skellig Michael where the final scenes of Star Wars: The Force Awakens have been taken, two ) select a horseback ride to the beach, 3) golf in the world famous Waterville Golf Links route, 4) possess the best sticky toffee pudding in the world (along with a pint of Guinness), in Butler’s Arms Hotel, 5) and go fly fishing on the Currane River.
How many countries have you visited up to now?
Your top three favourite restaurants?
Sushi, Italian, Mexican
Favorite restaurant in the Whole World?
Such a difficult questions since I’ve so many I love but one of my favorites is an Tendido Cero from South Kensington. The very best food in London and I didn’t find find better food in Spain!
Your favourite traveling film?
I know it is not really a traveling film but watching it makes me need to book a trip to anywhere you will find good waves, and it’s also an inspirational life story that gives you courage to go after what you want in this brief time we have on the planet.
Favorite global airport?
Ngurah Rai International Airport (Bali) — my friend Becky van Dijk, who I co-founded We’re Travel Girls with, moved to Bali this past year and even though this airport isn’t the nicest it’s become my favorite as getting to visit Bali twice last year, along with also getting to remain with Becky there for two weeks and surf was a fantasy come true!

How you kill time when traveling?
As the founder of 3 firms I never have time. If I have some”down time” while traveling I’m on my computer working!
What’s the most exotic location your livelihood has taken you?
” The Four Seasons Safari Lodge at the Serengeti is possibly, Though it was not a work trip.
Your very best piece of traveling tips for somebody who’s going to embark on a lifetime of traveling?
Life is about the journey, not the destination. Enjoy the ride!
What are 4 things you may never travel without?
Nikon D5500 Camera, GoPro, MacbookPro and Energy bars.
What’s your ultimate dream destination?
Pig Island and the Maldives are both in the very top of my bucketlist!
